Kabnz provides delivery services for expandable homes, BBQ pods, container pools and shipping containers across Australia.

Due to the size and specialised transport requirements of our products, delivery terms differ from standard retail shipping.


1. Delivery Areas

Kabnz offers delivery Australia-wide.

Delivery availability may depend on:

  • Site accessibility

  • Road access suitability

  • State and regional transport regulations

Remote or regional locations may incur additional charges.


2. Delivery Costs

Delivery pricing is calculated based on:

  • Product type and size

  • Distance from dispatch location

  • Site access conditions

  • Crane requirements

  • Regional or remote surcharges

Delivery estimates provided via calculator or quote are indicative only. Final delivery pricing will be confirmed prior to dispatch.


3. Dispatch & Lead Times

Estimated lead times vary depending on:

  • Product type

  • Customisation requirements

  • Production schedules

  • Shipping schedules

  • Transport availability

Estimated timeframes are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed.

Kabnz is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions

  • Port congestion

  • Transport disruptions

  • Supplier delays

  • Force majeure events


4. Site Access Requirements

Customers are responsible for ensuring:

  • Safe and legal access for delivery trucks

  • Adequate turning space

  • Suitable ground conditions

  • No overhead obstructions (powerlines, trees, structures)

  • Compliance with local road restrictions

If delivery cannot be completed due to unsuitable access:

  • Redelivery fees may apply

  • Additional transport charges may apply

Kabnz reserves the right to refuse delivery if the site is unsafe.


5. Crane & Placement

Some products (particularly expandable homes and container pools) may require crane services.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Crane hire is the customer’s responsibility

  • Ground conditions must support crane operation

  • Kabnz is not liable for site damage during crane operation

Final placement is subject to site feasibility and safety conditions.


6. Risk & Responsibility

Risk transfers to the customer once the product is delivered to site.

It is the customer’s responsibility to:

  • Inspect the product upon delivery

  • Confirm placement location

  • Ensure immediate site security

Kabnz is not responsible for damage occurring after delivery.


7. Delivery Damage

All products must be inspected immediately upon delivery.

If visible damage is identified:

  1. Note the damage on the delivery docket

  2. Take clear photographs

  3. Notify Kabnz in writing within 24 hours

Failure to report delivery damage within 24 hours may affect claim eligibility.


8. Delays & Rescheduling

If the customer requests delivery postponement:

  • Storage fees may apply

  • Rescheduling fees may apply

If the customer is not ready to receive delivery at the agreed time, additional transport charges may apply.


9. Installation & Connections

Kabnz delivery includes transport and unloading only unless otherwise specified.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Site preparation

  • Foundations or footings

  • Electrical connection

  • Plumbing connection

  • Council approvals

Kabnz does not provide certification for final utility connections unless agreed separately.
