These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Kabnz website and the purchase of any products supplied by Kabnz ("we", "our", "us").

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Products & Services

Kabnz supplies:

  • Expandable homes

  • Container homes

  • BBQ pods

  • Container pools

  • Shipping containers

  • Custom modular structures

All product specifications, dimensions and inclusions are subject to change without notice.

Images displayed on our website are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from final delivered products.

2. Quotes & Pricing

All prices:

  • Are in Australian Dollars (AUD)

  • May exclude delivery unless stated

  • May exclude site works, council approvals or connection fees

Quotes are valid for the period specified on the quote.

Kabnz reserves the right to correct pricing errors at any time prior to order confirmation.

3. Orders & Deposits

Orders are confirmed upon receipt of a deposit or payment as specified in your invoice.

Deposits:

  • Secure your production slot

  • May cover material procurement

  • Are non-refundable once production has commenced

Failure to make progress payments may result in production delays or cancellation without refund of deposit.

4. Custom & Modified Products

Custom layouts, modified containers and made-to-order structures:

  • Are built to customer specifications

  • Cannot be returned for change of mind

  • Are non-refundable unless required under Australian Consumer Law

Customers are responsible for confirming all measurements and specifications before approval.

5. Delivery

Delivery costs are calculated separately unless otherwise stated.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Ensuring suitable site access

  • Providing adequate foundation or level ground

  • Arranging any required crane hire (unless agreed otherwise)

Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery to site.

Any visible transport damage must be reported within 24 hours.

Kabnz is not liable for:

  • Inaccessible sites

  • Delays caused by weather

  • Third-party transport delays

  • Ground conditions

6. Council Approvals & Compliance

It is the customer’s responsibility to:

  • Obtain all necessary council approvals

  • Comply with local building regulations

  • Arrange certified trades for final service connections

Kabnz does not guarantee council approval for any product.

7. Installation & Site Preparation

Customers are responsible for:

  • Site preparation

  • Foundations or footings

  • Drainage

  • Utility connections

Kabnz is not liable for issues arising from improper installation or unsuitable site conditions.

8. Warranties

Products may include limited structural or component warranties as specified at time of purchase.

Warranties do not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Cosmetic damage after delivery

  • Damage caused by misuse

  • Unauthorised modifications

  • Extreme weather events

Warranty claims may require inspection before approval.

9. Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy and Australian Consumer Law.

Change-of-mind cancellations are not accepted once production has commenced.

If cancellation is approved before production, administrative fees may apply.

10. Finance Purchases

If purchasing via third-party finance:

  • You remain bound by the finance agreement

  • Kabnz is not responsible for finance fees or interest

  • Cancellation may incur lender penalties

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Kabnz is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss

  • Liability is limited to repair, replacement or refund at our discretion

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

12. Website Use

You agree not to:

  • Misuse our website

  • Attempt unauthorised access

  • Use content without permission

All website content, branding and materials remain the property of Kabnz.

13. Force Majeure

Kabnz is not liable for delays or failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including:

  • Natural disasters

  • Supply chain disruptions

  • Government restrictions

  • Transport disruptions

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Australian courts.
