are also entitled to have the Product repaired or replaced if it fails to be of acceptable quality and the failure is
not major.

Except as required under the ACL, our liability is limited to repair or replacement of the Product. We are not
liable for consequential, indirect, incidental, or economic loss, including loss of use, revenue, or damage to
personal property. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability will not exceed the purchase price
of the Product.

Electrical Components for Pools – Supply & Warranty

Australian-Supplied Electrical Components

All container-style swimming pools imported by Kabnz are manufactured overseas; however, all electrical
components—including pumps, filters, chlorinators, and lighting—are sourced, purchased, and installed
within Australia after the pool arrives.

These components are not part of the overseas manufacturing process.

Warranty for Electrical Components

Australian-Supplied Electrical Components are covered by the warranties of the relevant manufacturers,
distributors, or installers. Kabnz will assist in facilitating warranty claims but is not responsible for warranty
terms set by third-party suppliers.

Exclusions

No warranty applies to electrical components originally fitted overseas or to components not supplied or
installed by Kabnz or its authorised contractors.

Please note: For all above ground pools exceeding 300 mm in depth or holding over 2,000 liters, you are responsible for obtaining building approval and a pool safety certification from your local City Council. This includes submitting a site plan, safety barrier details and paying any applicable council fees. A certified electrician must complete all electrical work. Please ensure these steps are finalised before installation our pool sale does not include council approval or certification services.

POOL INSTALLATION & COMPLIANCE

When purchasing one of our container pools, there are a few key things the property owner is responsible to ensure everything is safe, compliant and ready for install.

Base / Slab Requirements

Your pool must sit on a solid, level foundation capable of supporting its full weight (pool + water + occupants).

A reinforced concrete slab is recommended
Typical guide: 100–150mm thick concrete slab (subject to site conditions)

Must be:

Perfectly level
Built on stable, compacted ground
Designed to support 10+ tonnes (depending on pool size)
Alternative bases (like compacted crusher dust or footings) may be possible but should be approved by a professional

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the base is engineered and suitable for their site
